All returns must be received back to the store within 14 days of receiving your shipment to receive a store credit only.
 No returns will be accepted after 14 days.
 Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse or to give partial refunds based upon the condition of the item.
 All clearance and accessories are final sales.

 Occasionally, a damaged or flawed item may slip through our inspection process. If you experience this, please take a photo of the damage/flaw and email it to us at info@victoriamozgovaya.com
 We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange for the replacement of the item or to determine another mutually acceptable solution.
